Investment Associate/Principal (full cycle closed investment track record required)

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct investment research, deal evaluations, due diligence, and investment memos for assigned venture capital or project finance deals.

• Leverage cutting-edge AI solutions to evaluate specific deals and sectors, gaining exposure to AI-driven investment analysis.

• Develop and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors and industry leaders in climate tech/clean tech; and impact investment sector.

• Assist investor interview podcast production and content distribution to major podcast platforms.

• MBA preferred

• Previous investment research and deal experiences in climate tech/clean tech; pharma tech/digital health; and impact investment sector

• Refine our AI due diligence copilot for due diligence, financial valuation function.

• Integrate multi-agent AI and assist in backend development to build interactive tools for VC/PE investors.
